The opportunity to work with the diverse clientele throughout Central Minnesota is “why” behind the “what” Commercial Realty Solutions (CRS) does.
CRS was founded in 2009 in Wright County—in Buffalo, Minnesota. CRS is a full-service commercial real estate and business brokerage. The company assists clients with the sale and acquisition of businesses and the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial real estate. CRS has seen steady growth over the past 14 years, including the opening of an office in St. Cloud in 2019.
The focus of CRS is relationship-based and dedicated to serving clients.
Owner/broker Wayne Elam discussed the people principle at CRS, saying, “Integrity, Credibility, Teamwork, and Solutions are the cornerstones of CRS. We conduct business the old-fashioned way. We do what we say we will do, we don’t over-promise, and we return phone calls and emails. We conduct business under the basic premise that ‘people do business with people they know, people they like, and people they trust.’”
Elam continued, “CRS is client-focused. Our knowledge, experience, and presence in the local market make us the professionals of choice for commercial real estate, business brokerage, and investment properties. We treat each transaction as if we were the client. Our "team" approach sets us apart from many other real estate companies. CRS has long been a supporter of the communities we serve, and all of our team members serve on various boards, economic development partnerships, local Chambers, and/or BNI groups. We have strong ties to the communities where we work.”
The company works with clients on properties that cross several different industries including industrial manufacturing and warehouse, office, retail and medical, commercial and industrial land, and residential development land. They also work with unique or historical properties, such as the Buffalo Theatre. CRS currently has 155 listings throughout Central Minnesota.
CRS broker Eric O’Brien said, “The goal is to work with the clients and assist in the options and decision-making process and then work with the client to execute the goal. Central Minnesota has a strong, stable workforce which is a very good location for employers to expand their business.”
O’Brien continued, “In the ever-changing world of technology and workforce, Central Minnesota is well-positioned for opportunity and growth. The St. Cloud Area community has long been known for its strong work ethic and active community ties. This commitment represents the past, present, and future and inevitably will lead to sustainability. CRS is well-equipped to assist our clients in finding the solutions in this environment.”
